Posted by admin | In: Janet Nelson Kumar

After four years of loyal service with the British teacher, Kate Moss is to be thanked by Sir Philip Green (CEO of Topshop). Sales no longer being in good shape, he has decided to end the adventure….

It now seems that even the name of Kate Moss no longer sufficient to sustainably boost sales. However, the recipe appeared Topshop imagined by departing more than bankable: Take a fast fashion brand adored by the fashion world, instill him the aura of the most iconic supermodel of her generation and will trigger a stroke at a fever epidemic each buyer has launched collection.

It must be said that by offering fashionistas the opportunity to slip into clothes designed by Kate Moss herself (which they then followed step by step the evolution of the dress code via the tabloids), Topshop was holding a good way to quickly make hysterical. In 2007, when launching the first collection, Topshop and was stormed by a horde of fashionistas. The side of the hexagon, the Colette concept store – which is the exclusive distributor said pieces – suffered the same fate in less than two hours, the stalls were empty and proven success.

Yes, but here it is, if initially the exceptional nature of this initiative stirred the desires of customers, treating the Kate Moss consumer product has quickly reach its limits. Trying too hard to exploit the potential of its guest star, Topshop has come to sully the image of the latter… Read the rest of this entry »

Posted by admin | In: Fendi handbags

Once textbooks recovered and last sunburn bellies, one question obscures the girls about to begin a new school year: how to compose a required re-entry once cool, stylish and in harmony with trends, without giving the impression of doing too much?.

For most high school students, the choice of the first looks of the school year is considered as a matter of utmost importance. Admittedly, it can sometimes be perilous, as it is easy – if one is not careful – to go wrong in trying to do too much. From then on, it may be worth recalling a few basic rules of dress code preppy light…

First, high school does not rhyme with ride or exit at Colette Baron, people avoid surlooker or strutting in a 100% total look inspired trends autumn / winter 2010-2011. Posted by admin | In: Janet Nelson Kumar

At the end of watching those few 3-minute movie, it’s hard to understand where Karl Lagerfeld is coming from. It must be said that the subject is surprising: it shows indeed the very photogenic couple Lara Stone / Baptist Giabiconi touring the Paris boutiques of the brand, forgetting systematically go through checkout…

The two beautiful young people symbolize the perfect embodiment of beauty and looks to be perfect, we feel still some difficulties to decrypt the message conveyed by this spot. If you suspect that Lagerfeld must have a clear vision, far from the first level reading, it appears to us despite all particularly opaque.

Indeed, if one sets aside the traditional leniency toward the media label of the Rue Cambon, it finally sees in this short film a couple ultra glamorous flying with impunity what he likes in the shops of luxury… Read the rest of this entry »
